Benchmark Brewery

Benchmark Brewing Co is another great up and coming San Diego brewery and they called us to stain the existing interior concrete. Our crew installed our Fast Stain Grind and Seal system in the tasting room and Temper-Crete Urethane Cement in the brewing area. North County pool deck gets a face lift

This beautiful pool deck at Santaluz Hacienda in North County was achieved with a custom combination of Water-Based Stains. Project manager Todd Seaboch's crew did a wonderful job with the design and execution of this exterior surface.

TC Interior custom finish floor for Del Mar restaurant

Taverna Blu in Del Mar has a fresh interior floor thanks to project manager Todd Seaboch.  Todd's crew installed a light textured overlay with a mix of water-based stain colors for a unique finish. 

Texture-Crete Interior is a decorative topping designed to 
resurface plain concrete into a decorative and durable finish. 

Durable garage solution

This garage floor in Ramona has our Liquid Granite system in Mocha Tweed.  This epoxy system will hold up well in this residential garage as it is durable and easy to clean. This flooring system was installed by Scott Tischler's crew.

Acid Stain driveway in Cardiff

  

This beautiful Cardiff driveway done by our project manager Scott Tischler has an Acid Stain on the existing concrete in Chocolate and Black and then it was sealed with SC-70 an acrylic lacquer sealer.  

Sweet garage floor in Olivehain

Most people tend to put an epoxy floor system down on their garage floor because it is east to keep clean and can handle vehicle traffic but when the right sealer is used you can choose from a variety of stains as well.  This customer wanted her ugly vinyl floor removed and loved the look of stained concrete. Gil knew just what to do, he cleaned up the existing concrete and stained with with our Water-Based Stain (Mahogany and Onyx) then sealed it with our ultra-tough EC-11 sealer.

Stain in a consulting firm

Nautilus Environmental, an environmental consulting firm, moved into a new facility here in San Diego and were in need of a tough but elegant floor for their new location. The designer we worked with on this job really liked the grind, stain, and seal look so both Fast Stain and Water-Based Stain were applied to the existing concrete throughout and sealed.

If you are in Little Italy, stop by Vincenzo Ristorante Italiano for some authentic Italian food and check out this beautiful floor. Larin used a mix of our Acid Stain and Fast Stain processes on their existing concrete and the results are stunning!
