Ballast Point in Little Italy

We recently did the floors in yet another local brewery location! This time at Ballast Point in Little Italy.  This brewery and restaurant had existing concrete with tile marks throughout. Brian's crew applied Fast Stain throughout the restaurant, Acid Stain on the exterior patio concrete and in the brewing area installed Urethane Cement in Straw.

Tough Floors for a Local Brewery

Any craft beer enthusiast has probably heard of Societe Brewing Company.  Life Deck installed a heavy-duty gray urethane cement topcoat to give their brewing room floor a chemical-resistant and easy-to-clean finish. In Societe’s tasting room, the floors were acid stained in a warm walnut shade and then protected with a polyurethane sealer. Be sure to stop in and check out this up and coming brewery next time you are in the area!

Before and After in La Jolla

Here is a residential walkway in La Jolla that was in need of a facelift and we applied our Texture Crete system with a subtle skip trowel texture then colorwashed and sealed the faux brick pattern. 

New entrance for La Mesa Village Plaza Condominiums

Nice before and after shots of the entry to a multi-family building.  The concrete was stained with our Water-Based Stain and sealed with our SC-70 Acrylic Lacquer sealer.

 

Getting colors just right

Todd is hand applying several colors for a deck using Water-Based Stains over a Texture-Crete Sample.  Customers will be able to see how the varying stains look on the overlay.

North County pool deck gets a face lift

This beautiful pool deck at Santaluz Hacienda in North County was achieved with a custom combination of Water-Based Stains. Project manager Todd Seaboch's crew did a wonderful job with the design and execution of this exterior surface.

TC Interior custom finish floor for Del Mar restaurant

Taverna Blu in Del Mar has a fresh interior floor thanks to project manager Todd Seaboch.  Todd's crew installed a light textured overlay with a mix of water-based stain colors for a unique finish. 

Texture-Crete Interior is a decorative topping designed to 
resurface plain concrete into a decorative and durable finish. 

Beautiful Polished Concrete at the Broadway Pier

The concrete at the Port Pavilion on Broadway Pier  was polished and turned out beautifully, the photos speak for themselves!  Project manager Robert Ryan and his crew did a fantastic job!
