Cohn Restaurant Group Corporate Offices

Life Deck has done the floors in several of the Cohn Restaurants and this year they asked us to do the floors at their headquarters in Liberty Station.  The Cohns originally wanted to grind and seal the floors, but after inspection, project manager Gil Koury new the existing concrete was not in the best condition for that option. The Cohns and their design team really wanted to have the look of troweled concrete. Our team installed a TC-4 smooth troweled cement overlay and then sealed the floors with EC 96 satin polyurethane topcoat. The finished product came out beautiful, and really matched the urban sheik design of the new offices for The Cohn Restaurant Group!

Then and Now: Acid Stain on a Restaurant Floor

Below is an Acid Stain job we did in Little Italy back in 2010.  The restaurant, then known as Vincenzo, is now Napizza an organic pizza restaurant.  Stop by and see for yourself how well this system has held up over the years.

Gorgeous downtown loft with textured flooring

Interior concrete is becoming increasingly popular in residential homes. This textured flooring system added the perfect aesthetic for this urban loft. The lightly textured concrete runs though out the entire loft and looks great in both the living area and kitchen. This project was executed by project manager Robert Ryan and his expert crew.

Applied directly over existing concrete, decorative coatings allow you to
transform cracked or ugly concrete into decorative works of art.
