Here is a waterproofed balcony and walkway in Del Mar at the Polo Plaza. Our rep Scott Tischler used ALX and a custom Water-Based Stain finish to achieve this look. The colors you see here are a mix of Sepia and Onyx and the whole area has a clean tile pattern with a light texture.
This garage floor had an old epoxy paint chip system that was in need of updating and repair. Project manager Todd Cook reground the floor to increase the concrete profile and added Safe Grip for skid resistance. This is a 100% Solids Thin Film Epoxy System in Tile Red which will hold up to wear and tear and be easily maintainable for years to come.
Todd Cook's crew was able to grind, stain and seal this garage floor all in one day. The floor was stained with SC-35X Water-Based Stain in Sepia and Sahara and then sealed with SC-65 Water-Based polyurethane. This combination of products makes this an excellent example of an eco-friendly and durable solution for a light traffic residential garage.
Project Manager Todd Cook had customers in Escondido with a dog that has allergies so they needed a floor that was easy to maintain and keep clean for their family pet. Todd's crew removed the existing tile and carpet to reveal a concrete substrate to work with. The floor was prepped and stained with a mix Light Brown and Brown Fast Stain and sealed with EC-11 and SC-66 Water-Based Polyurethane. This combination makes for a low VOC and eco friendly floor that will last and keep allergies to a minimum.
This well manicured house for sale in Bay Park needed a facelift to give the wraparound porch a finishing touch. Project Manager Scott Tischler knew that waterproofing the area with our ALX system was best choice for the porch and that a custom Water-Based Stain had the perfect look that the realtor wanted.
We got a sneak peek of this cool shower installation from project manager Todd Seaboch. The shower floor and walls have our TC Interior custom finish in a custom color using Water-Based Stains Ivory, Olive and Sepia.
Check out this gorgeous pool deck in the Mission Hills neighborhood done by Project Manager Jeff Marshall. This look was accomplished by applying our Texture-Crete, coloring with Colorwash and cutting a Flagstone pattern. Even on this chilly fall day these pics make me want to take a dip!
